Ragini MMS 2, after the completion of its second week, made it to the Super-Hit zone. Made on a budget of approx 18 crores, this Sunny Leone starrer raked in ample moolah at the Domestic Box Office for itself and thus, turned out to be a successful venture.
After having a good run at the box office, the film collected 47 crores at the Domestic Box Office in 2 weeks, incurring a profit of 29 crores. The film has now made a profit rate of 161%, which is excellent!
The film still has a chance to rake in more profits in the third week, nevertheless, it anyway made a good profit for itself considering that it was not high on star quotient! Infact, this film could be Sunny’s big ticket in to the industry as well.
Ragini MMS 2 being a part of a franchise, was expected to perform good considering its prequel’s success. But the film faced a tough competition with the Kangana Ranaut starrer Queen. Moreover, the ongoing cricket tournament too affected Ragini MMS 2′s performance to some extent.
